Introduction:
Naandi Foundation’s Mahindra Pride Classroom Project conducted an Employability Skills Training Program – Soft Skills Course for B.Com Final Year students from 09-02-2026 to 14-02-2026. The program aimed to equip students with essential employability skills and prepare them for successful transition from academics to professional careers.
The training focused on developing students’ communication abilities, confidence, personality, workplace behaviour, and other essential skills required in today’s competitive job market.
Objectives of the Program
The major objectives of the training program were:
- To enhance communication and interpersonal skills among students.
- To improve confidence and self-presentation abilities.
- To develop professional attitude and workplace etiquette.
- To provide guidance on interview preparation and career readiness.
- To improve teamwork, leadership, and decision-making skills.
- To make students industry-ready by strengthening their employability skills.

Training Methodology
The training sessions were conducted using interactive and activity-based learning methods. Student Participation
A total of 31 B.Com Final Year students participated in the Employability Skills Training Program. Students actively engaged in all sessions and demonstrated interest in improving their personal and professional skills.
