The Certified Program in Banking, Finance and Insurance (CPBFI) was launched on 22nd March 2025 for the final-year B.Com students under the initiative of Rani Channamma University, Belagavi, in association with Bajaj Finserv. A total of 50 students enrolled in this 90-hour skill enhancement course designed to prepare graduates for careers in the banking, financial services, and insurance (BFSI) sector.<\/p>\n The course comprised four major modules, each handled by expert trainers:<\/p>\n Each module was structured to blend theoretical knowledge with practical training. In addition to domain-specific content, emphasis was laid on enhancing communication, interpersonal, and professional skills through the CAWS module.<\/p>\n Highlights of the Course:<\/b><\/strong><\/p>\n The course saw active participation from all students, and the trainers ensured high engagement levels through participatory methods.
